Our main focus is to provide a loving Christ-centered home and family for orphaned and at-risk children on the Miskito Coast.
Despite our name, we are not an orphanage in the traditional sense. Rather, we strive to provide a family atmosphere focusing on the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of each individual child.

This program offers support for at-risk families by giving children (ages birth through sixth grade) two meals a day, uniforms, school supplies, tutoring, and homework help.
We work with parents and children to create and accomplish goals that support the family structure and promote Christian values.
Estabilished in 2013, Mercy & Grace delivers preschool and kindergarden classes. Through hands-on and learn through play activities we foster age appropriate development, creativity, and a love for Jesus.
We serve children from our home, the family assist program, other ministries, and at-risk children in the neighborhood who would otherwise not have access to early education.
